Michelin Guide Review
On the banks of the Ru de Cordé, a bourgeois house from the 19th century renovated in a contemporary spirit with its 2 dining rooms with large bay windows surrounded by a charming wooded garden: chef Jean-Paul Braga carves out a current and seasonal cuisine, not forgetting some classics (sweetbreads braised with morels, tournedos Rossini) and Portuguese specialties such as this caldeirada of tuna and cod, from where the chef originates.
L'Auberge de Sainte Maure (7km)

Michelin Guide Review
The young owner Victor Martin and his chef Julien Drapier form a duo now well-versed. The plates tend to an undeniable finesse, as evidenced by this roasted langoustine, confit fennel, and shellfish juice. Add to that the smiling service, good value for money, and the pleasant terrace by the water...
Au Vieux Pressoir (23km)

Michelin Guide Review
On the road to Lake Orient, this half-timbered house, typical of the humid Champagne region, offers homemade specialties that play with tradition: shrimp salad with fennel and spinach shoots, turbot and champagne butter sauce, chocolate sphere with red fruits... You can also enjoy comfortable rooms, a pleasant wellness area, and a bistro in an adjoining house. The "Maison Gublin" is doing well.
Caffè Cosi - La trattoria de Bruno Caironi (350m)

Michelin Guide Review
A trattoria inspired by Italian and Mediterranean cuisine set in a former art gallery, open to a paved courtyard. We love the French-style pea risotto with guanciale in various textures, very indulgent, to be enjoyed in a colorful contemporary setting. Before leaving, make a stop at the delicatessen which offers a selection of beautiful Italian products.

Michelin Guide Review
This former railway warehouse transformed into a sustainable restaurant-farm with greenhouses and organic vegetable gardens by a collective of four partners cleverly teamed up with two local winemakers offers fresh and invigorating cuisine, imagined around local products and the garden. A very pleasant locavore and ecological approach, a sympathetic address.

Michelin Guide Review
A young self-taught and passionate couple runs this restaurant with a sober decor in raw materials, the place is also a bakery-grocery store open to a pleasant terrace and an interior garden (including a citrus greenhouse). The products, 95% organic, inspire healthy, tasty, and balanced preparations offered through a unique menu.

Michelin Guide Review
On the banks of the Seine, this friendly traditional bistro at the service of the most pleasant plays the card of good old-fashioned recipes: veal liver, coq au vin, beef fillet with cognac, which one devours in a lively atmosphere... And don't miss the house specialty: the andouillette.
Le Petit basson (400m)

Michelin Guide Review
Chef Yann Caputo, who opens his first address here, loves vegetables: not only does he grow them himself in a vegetable garden, but he also sports them tattooed on his arm... No wonder he speaks of his young house sprout as a "garden bistro", even if he also cooks meats (and only wild fish). The lunch menu at a sweet price is a boon: Champagne lentils, whipped cream with smoked bacon, garden watercress; wild sea bream, garden turnips, coconut milk, ginger, lemongrass. In the evening, a menu with nobler products (langoustines, wild bass...) always accompanied by the chef's garden vegetables. Charming woody and natural decoration (braids of garlic, wheat, and dried flowers on the walls...).

Michelin Guide Review
Bare bricks, bistro furniture, trendy concept: choose your bottle in the cellar before accompanying it with a good little dish centered on the product (artisanal charcuterie, farm meat, cheeses from Bordier, etc.). The owner addresses each of his clients, with the undisguised jubilation of the wine enthusiast! A pleasure.
